Short black dress, suitable for various formal occasions.
SILHOUETTE: voluminous.
CHARACTERISTICS:

• upper corset with pointed edges and body window decorated with stones;
• skirt of ostrich feathers;
• zip fastening and ties.
COMPOSITION: 100% polyamide.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
• hand washing;
• prohibited bleaching and dry cleaning;
• ironing at a maximum temperature of 110 ° C.
DRESSES ORDERED ONLINE
Please refer to the size chart found in the size section of this page for the closest size that applies to you. When ordering online, you should take your exact measurements yourself, according to the attached table below "How to measure ourselves", and send them to us by email: info@radichev.com, indicating in the email your exact order number. Upon receipt of an order for a dress, our consultant will contact you by phone to clarify all the details and assist with remote sizing.
Dresses ordered online are paid in full in advance by card or bank transfer or in instalments by bank transfer. They cannot be sent by cash on delivery. All dresses are made to order with your individual measurements and are therefore non-returnable.
The time for making a dress to order is about 30-60 days. In busy months (January-April) this period can be extended according to the workload of the production.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
For in-stock ready-to-wear garments, accessories and perfumes, orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. Delivery is made to the address, courier office, locker or other available collection point selected during checkout.
For orders within Bulgaria of €80 or more, delivery to a SPEEDY or PIGEON office is free of charge.
For orders under €80, as well as when another delivery method is selected, the shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the selected courier, delivery method and shipment details.
Delivery within Bulgaria usually takes up to 48 hours after dispatch. For some locations and during busier periods, delivery may take 2–3 business days.
International deliveries usually take between 3 and 14 business days, depending on the destination country, selected courier and local conditions. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
RETURNS
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date on which you receive the last item in your order.
Returned products must be unworn, unwashed and free from signs of use, with all labels, protective elements and original packaging where applicable.
Swimwear and underwear may be returned only if all labels and hygiene seals remain intact. Perfumes may be returned only if the original packaging, protective film and seal remain intact, where applicable.
Products made to individual measurements, with personalised alterations or according to specific customer requirements cannot be returned once production has begun.
Courier costs for returns or exchanges requested by the customer are at the customer’s expense.
