Shopping as a guest of the site is possible, but we recommend easy registration on the site www.radichev.com, which brings access to all our offers and features of the site.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
If you want to change something in your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@radichev.com or by phone (+359) 877 777 601
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Any purchase on radichev.com can be fully cancelled up to 24 hours after making the payment. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@radichev.com as soon as possible. Keep in mind that if we receive your request for cancellation after these 24 hours, your order could be on its way and therefore your request can’t be accepted.
CAN I ORDER A PRODUCT BY PHONE?
Of course! You can place your order for ready-to-wear products, accessories and fragrances through our website or by calling (+359) 877 777 601. All custom-tailored haute couture and bridal dresses can be ordered only through the website or in person in our boutiques.
Can I shop in person?
Yes, you are welcome to visit our stores at any given time. You can find all our boutiques in the shop locator page. As well as scheduling a personal consultation with one of our stylists here

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, as well as bank transfers. Ordering is easy and safe, and our website is secured with an SSL certificate for secure and risk-free shopping.
IS MY DATA PROTECTED WHEN SHOPPING AT RADICHEV.COM?
Of course, your data is protected when shopping on radichev.com. Your information is stored at high levels of security.

When you place an order or access your account information, we use a secure socket layer (SSL) encryption that encrypts your information before it is sent to us to protect it from unauthorised use.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

When my order will be delivered?
For ready-to-wear garments (if the model is available), accessories and perfumes, the order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days.

Once we ship your order, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. Within 48 hours (as for smaller settlements it may take up to 2-3 working days) it will be at the address you specified or at an ECONT office, depending on your wish.

International delivery (outside Bulgaria) can take from 3 to 14 working days.

How do I return an item?

We are proud to offer our customers some of the most risk-free and easy returns and exchanges policies.

You may return the product ordered on radichev.com within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original commercial condition: unused, untreated, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

The sale of custom-tailored clothing (formal and wedding dresses), belts in individual sizes, perfumes, underwear and swimwear is a final sale. We do not offer returns and/or exchanges on customised items.

With each shipment you will receive an exchange and return form which you must complete and send back to us with the goods you wish to return or exchange.

Can I change the shipping address?
You can contact us to change the shipping address on your order prior to despatch. Following despatch, you may be able to do this via the courier’s page directly.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE worldwide delivery for all orders over €100. The shipping rate of all orders under €100 depends on the country of delivery and is between €10 and €20.

PRODUCTS

What sizes are available?
Ready-made and in-stock products: our products are available in sizes XS-2XL EU sizes.

Made-to-order products: we can also create the product to your exact measurements so that the formal dress, wedding dress or belt fits you perfectly.

Can I make alterations to the dress? (If the dress is custom made)
Yes, you can make small alterations to the dress, but the price may change. Please note that some changes cannot be made so we will need to check with our managers to confirm whether or not they can be made and how much they will cost.
How long do your products take to be made?
We have ready-made products and custom-made products. Custom products take about 2-30 working days to make (December to May may take a little longer)
How to care for formal and wedding dresses?
When washing dresses, the different layers and delicate lace can make it a real challenge. While it may be possible to hand wash them, it is often best to have them professionally cleaned. Cleaning companies have the proper equipment to clean the bottom layers while protecting the top layers of each dress.
How do you guarantee the quality of the products?
At RADICHEV we work with some of the most expensive and high-quality fabrics and materials, so the quality of all clothing and accessories is something that our team guarantees.
How big is the risk that the product will not meet my expectations?
