SHIPPING

For in-stock ready-to-wear items, accessories and perfumes, orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 1 to 3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. Deliveries are made to the address, courier office, locker or other available collection point selected during checkout.

For orders within Bulgaria of €80 or more, delivery to a SPEEDY or PIGEON office is free of charge.

For orders under €80, as well as when another delivery method is selected, the shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the selected courier, delivery method and shipment details.

Delivery within Bulgaria usually takes up to 48 hours after dispatch. For some locations and during busier periods, delivery may take 2–3 business days.

International deliveries usually take between 3 and 14 business days, depending on the destination country, selected courier and local conditions. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout before the order is completed.

RADICHEV may offer additional free-shipping promotions or special delivery conditions during selected campaigns. Where applicable, these will be clearly stated on the website or during checkout.

Delivery times are indicative. Delays may occur during public holidays, periods of high courier demand, adverse weather conditions, customs procedures for international shipments or other circumstances outside RADICHEV’s reasonable control.
