SHIPPING
For in-stock ready-to-wear items, accessories and perfumes, orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 1 to 3 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. Deliveries are made by courier to the address, collection point or other available delivery location selected by you.
Delivery within Bulgaria usually takes up to 48 hours after dispatch. For some locations and during busier periods, delivery may take up to 2–3 business days.
International deliveries usually take between 3 and 14 business days, depending on the destination country, the selected courier and local conditions.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery address, selected shipping method and the courier’s current rates. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your order.
RADICHEV may offer free delivery for certain orders or during selected campaigns. Where applicable, the conditions will be clearly stated on the website or during checkout.
The stated delivery times are indicative. Delays may occur during public holidays, busy periods, adverse weather conditions, customs procedures for international deliveries or other circumstances beyond RADICHEV’s control.
RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You may request the return of a product purchased from radichev.com within 30 calendar days from the date on which you received the last item in your order.
To request a return, please contact us at info@radichev.com or sign in to your account to submit a return or cancellation request.
You may use our Return and Exchange Form, but this is not mandatory. It is sufficient to send us a clear statement confirming that you wish to return the product, including your order number, name and contact details.

The cost of returning products is borne by the customer, except where the item received is incorrect, damaged or does not correspond to the order.
Please do not send parcels with cash on delivery. Such parcels will not be accepted.
CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
Returned products must be unworn, unwashed and free from signs of use, with all labels, protective elements and original packaging where applicable.
Where there are signs of wear, washing, treatment, damage or missing labels that reduce the value of the product, RADICHEV may reduce the refunded amount in accordance with the diminished value of the item.
SWIMWEAR, UNDERWEAR AND PERFUMES
Swimwear and underwear may only be returned if all labels and hygiene seals remain intact and the product has not been worn, washed or tried on in a way that prevents it from being resold.
Perfumes may only be returned if the original packaging, protective film and seal remain intact, where applicable.
These restrictions do not apply where the product was delivered damaged, incorrect or does not correspond to the order.
MADE-TO-ORDER AND PERSONALISED ITEMS
Products made to individual measurements, with personalised alterations or according to specific customer requirements cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun.
This includes made-to-order evening and bridal dresses, as well as belts made to personal measurements or with individual modifications.
This limitation does not affect your rights in the event of a defective, damaged or non-conforming product.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour or model, please contact us first at info@radichev.com or by phone on +359 877 777 601.
Exchanges are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected, subject to availability of the requested product.
CANCELLATION OF UNSHIPPED ORDERS
You may request cancellation of an order before it has been handed over to the courier by contacting us at info@radichev.com or by signing in to your account as soon as possible.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may exercise your right to return it under the conditions stated above.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrectly sent or does not correspond to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@radichev.com, stating your order number and, where possible, attaching photographs.
We will review the matter and provide instructions regarding return, replacement or refund.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.
For approved returns, the amount will be refunded using the original payment method. Where the statutory right of withdrawal is exercised within the legal 14-day period, the cost of standard delivery to the customer will also be refunded.
Refunds are issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. We may wait until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.
The time required for the refund to appear on your card, bank account or other payment method depends on the relevant bank or payment provider.
