Upon receipt of an order for a dress, our consultant will contact you by phone to clarify all the details and assist with remote sizing.

Dresses ordered online are paid in full in advance by card or bank transfer or in installments by bank transfer. They cannot be sent by cash on delivery. All dresses are made to order with your measurements and are therefore non-returnable.
The time for making a dress to order is about 30-60 days. In busy months (January-April) this period can be extended according to the workload of the production.
