When ordering online, you should take your exact measurements yourself, according to the attached table below "How to measure ourselves", and send them to us by email: info@radichev.com, indicating in the email your exact order number. Upon receipt of an order for a dress, our consultant will contact you by phone to clarify all the details and assist with remote sizing.

Dresses ordered online are paid in full in advance by card or bank transfer or in instalments by bank transfer. They cannot be sent by cash on delivery. All dresses are made to order with your individual measurements and are therefore non-returnable.
The time for making a dress to order is about 30-60 days. In busy months (January-April) this period can be extended according to the workload of the production.
